Hello and welcome to Nix Mixx.

Is this a personal blog? A fashion blog? A property blog? A recipe blog?! Its all mixed up (hence the Mixx!)! Yes, this website houses a bunch of things, or a mixx of stuff if you please.

So as not to confuse my dear guest(s), here's a list and description of what makes Nix Mixx:

What will you find in each section? Well pretty much the same as what the title is:

Nix Property Mixx

This area will feature property listing that I currently have, which can be just about anything from residential to commercial as well as agricultural land property. I am working for an established and well known real estate agency and thus would like to publish any property that is either up for sale or rent. If any of the listings catches your eye, do feel free to drop me a line. Or if you have any property to sell or to rent, let me know too!

Nix Mixx Kids

This is a collection of fashionable and up to date kiddie wear and accessories page. "Another kids online blogshop?!" Well... YES. What makes us different from the rest --- we provide you with a one of a kind gift box unique pouch for any items purchased. While we dont carry much brands we carry those that are popular and also with items that are of good quality and look darn cute on your kids! Ready Stock Items reflects items which are available on hand and will be mailed/shipped within 24hr once full payment has been received. Pre-orders are kinda like 'previews' of whats to come the next season (or month!), they're items which have yet to arrive but reservations together with a deposit sum are accepted. Once items have arrived, those with reservations will be informed and items will be mailed/shipped within 24hr once balance payment has been recieved. Items sold are of good quality and are factory obtained/bought.

A personal collection of tried and tested recipies which I would like to share with all.
