By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Order acceptance: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will be an acknowledgement and will constitute acceptance of your order.
Delivery: The delivery times provided by Nix Mixx are estimates only. Actual delivery is provided by third parties outside of our control. Nix Mixx will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Nix Mixx can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. All delivery via post will be done every Tuesdays and Thursdays (unless informed otherwise).
Postage charges: Poslaju Malaysia charges are RM6 and RM9 for the first 500g (West Malaysia & East Malaysia respectively). Every subsequent 250g will be charges RM4.
Free shipping: Place an order of RM150 or more within 3 weeks of your previous and it ships for free!
Customs Charges (outside Malaysia): The rules relating to customs charges vary from country to country. Nix Mixx do not have any control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All customs charges are the responsibility of the order recipient.
Prices: Unless stated otherwise all prices are in Ringgit Malaysia. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, Nix Mixx have the right to cancel the order.

All content and software on this site, including the images, text, site design, logos, and graphics as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the property of Baby’s Got Style, unless specified otherwise.
You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use.
