This recipe actually serves 4 people

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice (long or short grain is really a matter of preference)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ red onion (chopped finely)
- 4 cloves garlic (chopped finely)
- 2-3 chili padi (chopped finely)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 5-6 pieces tiger praws (shelled and diced)
- 1 tbsp dried prawns (pounded)
- ½ cup frozen mixed vege
- 1 egg (beaten)
- ½ cup pineapple (cubed, you can also use the canned ones, just dont add the syrup!)
- Heat up oil in wok and sautee onions, garlic and chilies till fragrant
- Add in mixed veges and prawns and stir fry till prawns are cooked (prawns cook easily -- you'll know so when they turn red -- so just make sure you dont over cook em!)
- Toss in the dried prawns, eggs and pineapple and stir fry for 2 minutes before adding in the pepper and salt. Stir fry and make sure all ingredients are well mixed.
- Now you can add in the rice and fry for 5 minutes
- Then you may serve
